To start with, applicants must apply for free pre-qualification through our rental management software, Rent Redi. By clicking on available units, you will be directed to the free form. EACH ADULT in the unit must complete the form. After completing the form we will contact you to discuss your pre-qualification. We NEVER ask you to spend money before seeing a unit.

The first step is to fill out the pre-qualification form, then we will be in contact.

To begin with, we start with a FREE pre-qualification. If the in person showing goes well for both parties, before leasing, a paid application will be required by each adult. This will run a background report, credit report, and eviction history. 

Please see each property listing specifically. Included utilities & services vary between properties.

We utilize an online payment platform. This is a free service to our tenants, no additional fees are applied.

Many of our properties accept pets. Each property is slightly different in quantity, type, fees, etc.   Each available listing gives details about pets.
